01 Do you sell dance floors?
Yes. We usually have good stock of brand new complete dance floor systems, including our modifications and a 12 month electrical RTB warranty.
We also usually have recycled GJ and LEDJ/Prolight floor systems available with a 3 month RTB electrical warranty. Every panel is quality checked before sale.
02 Will my floor look like new again?
In many cases, yes. The acrylic surface can be restored to a scratch-free finish with a beautiful shine, helping the floor look much cleaner and more professional again.
03 How long does it take to electrically repair and refurbish a 14ft x 14ft dance floor?
A full acrylic refurbishment, electrical repairs and essential modifications will usually take around 5 hours for a 14ft x 14ft dance floor.
04 We are not in the UK. Is there any service you can still provide?
Yes. We have many international customers who ship their floors to us via the pallet network.
05 How often do you recommend acrylic refurbishment?
It depends on usage, but normally every 12 months is recommended to maintain that easy-to-clean, high-gloss presentation.
06 Can we bring our floor to you and wait?
Yes. Many customers wait while we carry out the work.
We open very early in the morning, so it is quite common for customers to leave early, arrive with us around 6am or 7am to beat the traffic, then head back home in the afternoon.
07 Apart from electrical repairs and acrylic refurbishment, are there any other services you recommend?
Yes. We can share quick, efficient and cost-effective ways to clean panels after use.
The dance floor industry is hard work, so our aim is to make things easier with useful modifications. These can include LEDs and neons fitted into the power supply, an LED in the power edge and other upgrades to make fault finding easier.
Power panels are also popular, as they can remove the need for a power edge.
08 Are there any dance floor manufacturers you do not cover?
Top Dance floors can be difficult to cover due to the availability of spare parts.
09 After the work is done, how good will my floor look?
In many cases, like new.
10 Is the electrical and acrylic work covered by any warranty?
All electrical repairs are covered by a 3 month RTB warranty.
11 Does the acrylic refurbishment make the floor slippery?
Our acrylic refurbishment programme restores the acrylic to its factory standard.
Of course, any type of floor can become slippery when wet. Drinks should never be permitted on a dance floor.
12 My aluminium edging is heavily scratched. Is there a service available?
Yes. We offer a cost-effective solution to give scratched aluminium edging a lovely brushed aluminium finish.
13 Do you repair dance floor trolleys and flight cases?
Not usually. However, we can recommend suppliers who provide parts such as wheels, catches and similar items.
14 Do you carry out repairs on power supplies and power edging?
Yes. We can repair power edges and modify them with more robust cabling.
Occasionally, power supplies can be beyond repair, but we can provide replacements where needed.
15 Do you stock replacement dance floor power supplies and remotes?
Yes. Replacement dance floor power supplies and remotes are usually available.
