Payment, Collection, Dispatch, Storage & Resale

Payment Before Collection or Dispatch

All goods and services rendered must be paid for in full before goods are collected, removed from our premises or dispatched to the customer.

No dance floor panels which have been resurrected and/or repaired by LittleGemFX LTD T/A Dancefloor Resurrection will be released, handed over, collected, removed from our premises or dispatched until we have received and cleared full payment of all amounts due for the goods purchased and/or services utilised.

Unpaid Goods & Services – 30 Day Period & Storage Charges

If full payment has not been received within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice:

• You will be considered in default of these terms.
• A storage fee of £100.00 per calendar month will become payable. This fee applies for every month, including any partial month, that the goods remain on our premises while unpaid. Storage fees are added to the total amount outstanding.
• Dance floor panels will be stored correctly and securely.
• LittleGemFX LTD T/A Dancefloor Resurrection will complete all works as set out in our Delivery Inventory Report.
• The Delivery Inventory form will be checked and signed to confirm that you are in agreement with all works requested and our company Terms & Conditions.

Resale Right – 60 Day Period

If full payment of all sums owed, including the original price plus any accumulated storage fees, has still not been made by the end of 60 calendar days from the original due date:

• We reserve the full and absolute right to sell, dispose of or otherwise deal with the goods in any lawful way to recover all money owed to us.
• Money raised from any sale will first be used to pay off the original price, all storage charges and any reasonable costs we have incurred.
• If there is money left over after everything is paid, we will hold that surplus for you.
• If the sale does not cover everything you owe, you remain responsible for paying the difference.

General

These terms form part of our agreement with you. By ordering goods, confirming the use of our services upon your dance floor, or instructing us to carry out work, you agree to be bound by them.

All works and repairs carried out on each dance floor panel will be uploaded to your email address via a PDF Panel Report.

Access will be granted to our worksheet/spreadsheet from the commencement of works, allowing progress and costs to be monitored.
